Vehicle Mechanic Needed
Skill Provision an international recruitment network is looking for a qualified skilled Vehicle Mechanic. The location of the Job will be in Essex, United Kingdom. The company you will be working for specializes in the maintenance and repair of Bayerische Motoren Werke (BMW), Land Rover, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi. The Role
You will be responsible for identifying vehicle faults, scheduling work to be undertaken, and maintaining accurate records of work in progress and completed. They must test parts and systems to verify they are in working order and carry out basic vehicle care, such as tyre changes and oil maintenance. Throughout all these duties, they are expected to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirement
The ideal candidate should have over five years of relevant industry experience, preferably with formal qualifications and a dealership background. Applicants must demonstrate thorough knowledge of both diesel and petrol engines, with expertise in complex procedures including engine rebuilding, head gasket replacement, and timing chain changes. Electrical systems knowledge would be beneficial. Experience working with luxury automobile brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW, VW/Audi, and Porsche is desired. Candidates must possess a valid UK driving license or international driving permit (with conversion assistance available if needed). A positive attitude is essential. International applicants must be able to satisfy Skilled Worker Visa requirements, including IELTS language proficiency.
