IT Support Specialist Opportunity

Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented IT Support professional to join our organization. In this role, you’ll deliver technical support for our computer systems, hardware, and software infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computer networking, Linux, DNS, Active Directory, Office applications, Jira, TCP/IP protocols, and Windows environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline technical assistance to staff for all hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, with appropriate escalation of complex problems
• Support users with IT equipment setup and maintenance across various devices
• Conduct routine system maintenance including updates, security patches, and backups
• Proactively monitor system and network performance to prevent potential problems
• Maintain optimal functioning of all IT systems to minimize business disruption

• Salary Range: £31,372-£34,104 annually
